I've been and athlete for 14 years. Running, weight training, body building, biking. I worked at Bally's for four years, in that time I competed in body building once and figure four times. Then I quit took a year off and did competitive events. Duathlon, triathlon and 5k one marathon. I do some time trials. But I believe you race alone tough against the wind. I won Sartel Duathlon, one year and got second the next. Oakdale I got 2nd both year. I've done 18 events and have always placed in the top three. Then this fall I started working as a trainer in Vadnais Heights Golds Gym. I'm full with clients. I get up at 3-4 and have a super workout then bike to work anywhere between 15.5 to 50 miles and train and weight train. Then strap on my night gear and go home. My husband and I joint Ride and Glide a team around White Bear. My kids are all fit and active I have three, one in college. We eat clean and competitive (except for a century beer, Yeah baby) I love body building, I've done a 100 mile bike race. When D retires were gonna ride our bike. You see me on my bike in Stillwater I have really long brown hair and I bike everywhere...when I do drive (rarely) my license plates say FITNESS ......In my house I have a cardio room and weight room and I bike all winter. We have a farm on 10 acres, I have chickens and peacocks and my daughter Dealyn has horses............SpleeeMichelle
